Re. 28th March (last friday) ...Well here we are a week later and no further progress to my concerns.
I have had virtually no sleep last night. About 1 hour this morning from 8-9am when I eventually went to bed.
My body was burning in bed as I tried to focus on inner energy field so I would not block the feelings by focusing on working out everything in my head. (my normal way of working things out).
Sobbing. Got up. Did a Casting. With No Words At All.
Got: Hexagram 46.1.2.3.6 This is: PUSHING UPWARD 1.2.3.6 > NOURISHMENT (Hexagram 27)
All very profound. But what does it mean in terms of my situation regarding further therapy?
