Future of a relationship 34 > 3

There is a person that I am interested in. When I asked if he is the person the future has reserved for me to be my friend, lover, husband, partner. The one to create a home with. I got the 34 and then 3.
It looks like there is a power that can lead to a beginning but with obstacles in the way.
What do you think? Am I in the right track? Is he the one for me?
I am confused because, he is acting like a little spring, he can move forward and in the next second he can move backward, like he is afraid to be too closed.

34 seems to indicate that your intent is good, that it is very likely he is "the one", and it is up to you to guide the initiation of such a relationship. It will be arduous perhaps, requiring a great deal of awareness and conscientiousness if you are to truly make it last.
I say persist, move forward when you can reasonably and hold your ground when things seem distant. In other words, find a harmony in working with the spring and things shall fall into place as they should =)
