GABA: 41 uc and 42.1.5 to 23

After seeing a post from Civil Service post telling me to teach English in Japan as a launchpad for my future career, I just applied for GABA where if I am hired I will start in the Summer of next year. Given COVID, Japan will likely be safe by then. I didn't get accepted for the JET program. I feel that doing an MS in Asian Studies will lead me to debt and doesn't have any good job aspects.

What will it be like working for GABA? 41 uc Decreasing/Loss/Reduction.
Is it saying that it's a lost cause?

What is the likelihood of me working for GABA? 42.1.5 Increasing/Addition/Gain to 23 Stripping Away/Splitting Apart/Falling/Decay/Overthrow.
42.1 is speaking that I am making a good choice.
42.5 is speaking that I am doing a good thing for others.
23 is speaking that GABA will be having their status quo.
Is it saying that it's likely but the program would not be interested in me?

Looks like the readings are better than JET, where there was no chance of me getting accepted as the program only wanted people with teaching experience.

It looks good I think. 42.1 is saying something like that by taking your experience to a new level you find yourself capable of things perhaps you didn't realise before -you grow as a person, which is often what happens when people move abroad for work. 42.5 is saying you have a good heart and it will be recognised in this situation. Not sure about hexagram 23, and I've never really understood what the relationship of it is, e.g. whether it's the subsequent situation or simply additional context, different people say different things. I think the lines themselves you throw seem to be the most significant part.

Not sure about hexagram 23, and I've never really understood what the relationship of it is, e.g. whether it's the subsequent situation or simply additional context, different people say different things. I think the lines themselves you throw seem to be the most significant part.

The agency will contact me in 10 days regarding the next step. 23 context can mean I am on my own and away from my parents just by how you interpret it.

What kind of help? The number of applicants is many. I can apply for the JLPT as an alternative but would need to find someone who can help me at the college.
