Tomorrow, my grandma will be getting her keys to a senior home a few blocks from where I live.

What will happen after my grandma move into the senior home? 24.4.6 Returning to 21 Biting Through.
Line 4 says, "Walking in the centre, returning alone." Will my family's lives change radically?
Line 6 says, "Confused return, pitfall. There is calamity and blunder. Using this to mobilize the armies: in the end there is great defeat. For your state's leader, disaster. For ten years, incapable of marching out." Will the move backfire?

How will I feel after my grandma moves to the senior home? 2.2 Earth to 7 The Army.
Line 2 says, "Surveying the realms' greatness. Without rehearsal, there is nothing that does not bear fruit." Am I on my own?

When we ask the I Ching a question about the future it's tricky because The Future can be the next five minutes or the next five years. In your case I think the I Ching is giving you a heads up about the next month or so and is warning you that your Grandmother may find that even though she is surrounded by other people, she still feels somehow alone (24.4). In fact, at first she may even feel this move was a total mistake (24.6)! This may not be what actually happens at all of course, but it's probably good that you be aware that it would not be unusual if she did feel this way and therefore you and the rest of the family can plan ahead and take steps to ensure she knows she can easily "bite through" any "obstacles" to connecting with you - like write out your phone number in big letters and post it someplace obvious.

How you will feel after she moves? 2.2 describes a situation that is very normal or inevitable - it is what it is - so you will probably be comfortable with the change. However 2 does represent an empty field so this may also be describing you feeling as if something is missing, like there's a vacancy, Grandma isn't where she used to be anymore. However 2.2 changes to hexagram 7 which describes an army and the troops all gathered around a successful sergeant. This reads to me that you will be able to realistically size up the situation and see what needs to be done to make this move seem normal, make it feel like the family is still connected, such as scheduling regular visits. Hexagram 7 emphasizes the importance of staying close and actively involved.

Lately, my parents were fighting over finances now that my grandma will be moving out.

How will my family's finances be dealt? 4.2.6 Not Knowing to 2 Earth.
Line 2 says, "Embracing the ignoramus, good fortune. Receiving the woman, good fortune. The child governs the home." Will my parents be able to make mortgage payments on time?
Line 6 says, "Striking the ignoramus. Fruitless to act like an enemy, Fruitful to resist enmity." Will there be sleepless nights?

Will we have to sell the house? 42.2.3.6 Pushing Upward to 23 Stripping Away.
Line 2 says, "True and confident, And so it is fruitful to make the summer offering. No mistake." Are we at risk of foreclosing?
Line 3 says, "Pushing upward in the empty city." Are we at risk of falling behind on the mortgage?
Line 6 says, "In the dark, pushing upward. Fruitful with unceasing constancy." Will we have to move out?

You didn't so much as tap the "Thanks" button on the response to your previous post and now you're back with a second question?

Rosada, my parents know that they will be short of $800 when it comes to the mortgage. I was thinking about refinancing after going on my walk exercise and looking it up online.

Grandma officially moved in on July 1. Ever since applying, I saw that she want to move out of my house because of my mom.

Why was my grandma desperate of moving into senior housing? 15.3 Integrity to 2 Earth. The reading looks similar to asking about Alex Trebec.
Line 3 says, "Toiling with integrity, A noble one completes it. Good fortune." Was I right that she hates my mom?

In addition, my mom doesn't want to get involved in the mortgage/finance.

Will the house get foreclosed? 38 uc Opposing. Is this a no?
