My health is being iffy again, my energy levels very low, keep crashing, loss of concentration, upset stomach..etc etc

I asked

What attitude is best for me to adopt towards my health?

50.3.4 > 4

come again?

so I asked, how is that a good attitude Yi?! and Yi said 48.4 > 31 (so, no error, I gave you the correct answer)

so I ask you now my dear friends, could you please help me interpret 50.3.4 as advice on a right attitude. Change my ears? (50.3) Adopt bulimia ? (50.4) What is Yi advising me here?!

Thanks so much :bows:

How did your scalp infection turn out? And are you still on antibiotics?

it calmed down with antibiotics but it got irritated again recently when I was colouring my hair. I'm taking antihistamines now every day but feeling still very ropey - have further insect bites on my body..just regular mosquito etc stuff. My body is very dramatic, the immune system thinks it's End of The World every time there is even a tiny little bit of invasion from external stuff. :/

Hey Grace, A number of years ago I had Ross River virus, glandular fever and the CFS which lasted for about 3 years only thing that really, really got me back on my feet was Olive Leaf Extract.
Now I have a bottle in the cupboard all the time as do my 3 boys as it the best thing IMO for our immune systems. - Liss

50.3 Your customary ways aren't working now (handle altered), you are impeded in your way of life and are off your favorite foods, but once toxins are eliminated (when rain falls, it clears the air) good fortune comes in the end. 50.4 "Break a leg" is the Yi wishing you good fortune, and hexagram 4 suggests taking this as a learning experience, and especially, Stop getting bit by bugs!

Where are you when you are being bit? Indoors or outdoors?

Indoor control of flying insects is easy in my experience. It only takes a puff of flying insect spray (may need to shake can first) under the table or under the bed to destroy their appetite, and they won't bit. For the bedroom one puff should be good for the whole night. Don't spray wildly about the room, as is done in tv commercials. Outdoor is more difficult. Cover up if the temperature permits it. If you wear a kerchief like Moslim women do, they can't bit you on the back of the head. If you wear slacks, they protect your legs. I have deet but don't like it, and my brother-in-law (my authority on this topic) says some are allergic to it. He says that the popular product among hunters is Thermacell. I've no experience with it, but the reviews are good at Amazon. Basically, when mosquitoes are bad, I don't go out between dusk and dawn. I have a mosquito net for the head. It works, but is hot and interferes with vision, so I've used it only once this year. You mentioned flying ants and haven't mentioned mosquitoes, but I think your problem is noseeums, so since you know they're about, take precautions even if you don't see anything.

Another thing, change your fragrance if you wear one. It may be drawing the little beasties to you. Last week a gentleman told me he used Avon's Skin So Soft as an insect repellent.

This is less expensive than Thermacell, and you might like it. Hope this helps.
