yesterday i had a sexual encounter i didn't have intercourse because she didn't have protections. I guess this person is actually a man considering how you describe your encounter.
To know faster, you better ask him if he has hiv. I can't interpret this 53un honestly. It's a sort of engagement but I hope it doesn't mean you got engaged to this virus.

Anyway chances to get hiv this way are really low. Also, people with hiv tend to be on medicaments so that they are no longer contagious and dangerous to other people.

Sorry to say this, but 53 is not a great omen when it comes to health questions, it shows something which is already in development. I would strongly suggest to you to seek medical advice and testing. I'm not saying you've got it too - just that with this reading, I would personally go straight to get tested.

Yes, why asking Yi when you can get tested on the spot.
I did the test myself last year, its free and I got a response in half an hour.

Normally every hospital has it although I did a spitting test where they check your saliva. Much quicker and you don’t have to have a needle in your arm.

Google hiv test and the name of your city and you should be able to find something.
It’s important to get immediate treatment in case you got it.

2 days ago I had these preliminaries at risk so that usually 40 days have to pass before I can take a test. I also asked what diseases do I have? hexagram 7.5> 29 oh my ...

I would go there immediately to take the test but it happened two days ago. Is it possible that it could refer to something that there is but not necessarily that? I also asked what diseases I have: 7.5> 29

That's too general a question, impossible to tell what overall diseases you have via a cast. The answer points at something serious, which needs medical attention (7 experts/army), 29 is a bit more 'hopeful' in that, it shows a danger you already know. Do you already have an ongoing medical problem which needs medical attention from time to time? I do understand your panic. But please try not to overdo it with casts, try to find some patience till the test.

On the other hand, I think it's a nice opportunity for you to check where are your boundaries, what do you feel relaxed to do, and what makes you feel insecure sex-wise. If having unprotected oral sex is fine, as long as your partner doesn't ejaculate in your mouth, then trust your feelings and draw the boundary there. Use this situation to explore what makes you feel safe or not and then draw the boundaries for the future.

About the test: Did you think just to ask him?

In the long run, it is always good to be tested, not only for HIV but for other STDs. But to be anxious because you may be infected I feel a bit of a far stretch. Just relax and take a deep breath.

I also initially felt confident also because as soon as I felt the sperm I spat it out and rinsed my mouth I don't think I swallowed. but then these casts and the responses made me panic

yes I have problems, asthma and anemia I don't know if this transpires in the cast. or even a little gum infection comes to mind, in fact I have an appointment in a few weeks

Oral sex and sex in general may give you herpes and hpv which are far easier to get than hiv and will stay with you forever.

Hpv especially can develop into cancer of your throat if you have oral sex or of your uterus if you have standard sex or of your anus if you have anal sex.

To get hiv the most risky behaviours are anal sex, sperm into one’s eyes and vaginal sex.
(don’t let them come onto your face, maintain some dignity, I am sure they wouldn’t want you to piss or spit on their face. This kind of degrading act is usually performed on women and comes from porn).
