Lately i've been thinking of the interconnectedness of my overall health, if there's an imbalance in one area I think that the effects can be shown in another, such as mental health can effect physical health or vice versa.
I have known for quite a long time that there's a certain imbalance (probably chemical) within myself that I would like to correct, I plan to see a psychologist about this and possibly get on medication. But i've also noticed whenever I feel really low or like sad that I stop going to the gym, I start eating very unhealthy, which than in turn spills onto other areas of my life and new forms of deterioration such as overspending, making bad choices laziness, etc. I would like to be overall balanced and I know that this must start first with my mental health, but while I am correcting that I would also like to improve my physical health.
So I must know,

How can I improve my physical health?

I realize some of the changes that are required must occur from deep within for it to be an enduring effect for change.
The lines also indicate good change.

One's well is one's source of vitality. Lining the well is shoring up one's source of vitality. What inspires you and makes you grow? What do you find enduring happiness in? Line 5 suggests that if you get your life in order, all aspects will improve. Judgment and Image of 32: seek clarity about long-term goals. My personal opinion is that we are better off when we change ourselves by changing our environment.

Focus on what needs to be done today. Make a stab at clearing up actual disorder, like change the sheets, do a load of wash. We tend to resonate with our surroundings. When we are surrounded by chaos our own thinking tends to become chaotic. -- Rosada

i always found that my surroundings become chaotic as i start to feel that way internally.
Maybe I should put myself more into like being around others who are striving towards the same goals, like studying at the library, im already in a study group so that helps although we havent met up in awhile cuz of exams and papers.
I have anxiety so lately ive been feeling like unsteady within, and stressed out and overall just not good. I am not quite sure how my life is supposed to be in order though :/ this is going to takw some figuring out.
