What can I do so as to have a healthy and long lasting relationship?

I think 43.4 shows that I can't trust my partner easily (that's true). Also, 43.5 I should eliminate every trace of inferior perception and feeling associated with my relationship. 11 peace or harmony in my relationship. Any thought is appreciated.
