My husband suffered what appears to have been a mild heart attack on Sunday. He's doing fine now but I have been very worried about him...as expected.

I asked a few questions and got the following answers:

What do I need to know about his health? 53

I understood this to mean that everything will go well. It will, however, be a long process and not something that will happen overnight. It will involve lifestyle changes that until now he has been unwilling to make.

It also is about doing everything correctly and following "the rules". I'm going to interpret this as meaning that he will need to follow a certain diet etc.

What is his prognosis? 20.3.5 to 52

A prognosis is a look toward the future. I understood this answer to mean that there will be a lot of soul searching going on. This is going to be a life changing experience for him.

I also think there's a message here similar to that above. He is going to have to follow "the rules" making real lifestyle changes.

Other ideas would be much appreciated.

I agree with your interpretations, think you pretty much nailed it.

I also think 20 -> 52 could be talking about the fact that the doctors don't believe that he needs any type of surgery at this point. They want to treat him with medication and lifestyle changes.

The heart attack hopefully will act like a wake up call for him, the need for a diet change, exercise, plus the need for medication(aspirin, atenolol and simvastatin). Following this new regime will help him immensely.

What is his prognosis? 20.3.5 to 52

Line 20.3 it is to the point, he really needs to get serious and make a real life prolonging choice.

Line 20.5 again, a need to think carefully not so much about himself here but about how his illness will affect those around him because if he were to become bed ridden it would put a severe restriction upon you. So, he really needs to think about others as well as himself.

Hex 52 suggests that with the meds, life and diet changes the problem will not get any worse.

I agree with everyone else's thoughts.

Serious lifestyles changes: diet, exercise, reducing stress.

My blood pressure had been getting high over the past year and the past 2 months I have lost weight, do daily cardio, weight training, etc. Taking supplements, vitamins, doing EFT, meditation and Reiki. My blood pressure is now normal. My resting pulse has decreased from 82 to 70. So yes it really does work.
