Hello! 41.3 to 26 regarding personal beliefs

Hello all! I am new to the community and to the IChing. I am looking for clarity regarding any personal beliefs I can change as I move forward in a new business direction. I would appreciate any insight into my results. Thanks so much!
My question:
Are there any beliefs I need to change about my ability to create wealth?

Answer:
41.3 to 26

I am especially curious as the line 3 seems to refer to personal relationships?

My experience with 41.3 is that it's about giving up something that's not helping you(diminishing) in order to get something better. In my case, the last time I had line 3 I gave up two fairweather friends and found a girlfriend. And 26 in Lise translation raising big cattle. Well cattle are big strong animals and require some restraint and taming before they can be used properly and this is the idea of 26.

Don't bet the farm on your new business direction, but 26 suggests that you will ultimately be putting money in the bank.

Thanks for the response! I spent a little more time on the site reading and I tried out the Change Operators work that I found on this site by Stephen Karcher. Hopefully I did it correctly, but it does resonant with me sooo I'll take it lol! Here's what I came up with, any feedback or insight is appreciated.

I need to release any old habits of thinking that no longer serve me. I need to come from what is true for me in this moment.

What this means to me is that I need to focus on creating win-win business scenarios and operate from a foundation of respect and even service. Also utilize more experienced people with wisdom available to me. (thanks! )
