Help me interpret this relationship reading (hexagram 30 changing to 11)

Hi guys i'm still getting the hang of the I ching and just wanted help understanding this reading

Theres a person coming into my life and there has been just a truckload of synchronicities going on that have really caught my attention, so i asked about the potential that our relationship has and got this (looks auspicious to me but then again i don't quite grasp the changing lines stuff yet):

When three lines are moving, I focus on the middle one. In this case, that would be 30.4. This is a line of a meteor or a fire that blazes up incredibly brightly, only to burn out in a relatively short amount of time . . . So I would say, enjoy it, but watch out for getting burnt!

She has someone in her life (line 30.6) and you know about this (I hope). You are waiting for the other party to disappear so that she can be available.

The female has a career (30.4, 11.6) and will consider that aspect first.

At the bottom of your heart, you feel that you have no chance because hai water (line 30.3) is the empty element under your house of spouse and marriage (time of reading).

Tai (hexagram 11) means harmony before chaos start. The long term answer may be no for this person. There is a younger person in this hexagram. I do not know the role of this person. Since there are two men at least in this picture, one man may have a connection to a child.
