Help with 19.1.3.5 (48)

Hi,
I recently got conflicting info on ways to Approach a situation Hexagram 19.1.3.5 (48)

What do you here on this forum think of this?
I like the idea that the second Hexagram comes more into play.
But other than that this is different than the above method.

The question this time was:
"Yi, please show me an image to clarify my land purchase decision "
I have done a few readings specifically about purchasing land.
3 that are different parts of the same subdivision, and 1 somewhere different.
I also did a reading about foregoing this rare opportunity to find a deal like this. Which is on here from a few days ago.
It is scary financially to take this step. Some things in the readings have shown it might be too much to take on and some seem like the best decision I will ever make.
I have also done readings on selling my current house and keeping it.
This last reading seems to have conflicting messages in the different lines.
Also, after reading 2 different ways of interpreting multiple line readings I am questioning my conclusions about other readings. Specifically 50.6 >32. Should I now be looking more at 32 and not be so enthralled by the "Jade Rings" and "supreme good fortune"?

The post is meant to gain clarity on how to interpret multiple changing lines specifically for Hexagram 19.1.3.5.
Line 3 seems to suggest a very different picture than 1 and 5.
Previously to reading about how to interpret multiple lines i would take them all in in chronological order.
There is info here and elsewhere to suggest a very different approach on this.
Any more researched/ experienced folks, please share yours.

Have you considered getting another investor to go in on this with you?
(lines 1 and 5 both refer to another person, someone else united with you and someone advising you.) (it is not uncommon for real estate agents to also be property investors.)
(and again there is the 48 Cooperative 19 Approach)

When you get a single changing line,
focus on the single changing line.

Thank you! Very helpful. The land I got the foreboding Hexagram 47 Unchanging reading for would only happen with another investor and seems to be the only option left so i am thinking to go for it.
It would be a bit less of a financial burden this way.
Now that there is a specific partner for it I plan on doing another reading about that piece.
47 Unchanging has some stuff in there about testing one's resolve and it could also be my mental state when doing the reading was confining.
The 50.6 piece might open up again as well.
