Help with understanding 6.2.5.6

Hello! I am wondering whether anyone has any insights on how to interpret this reading?Today I asked what should I do as a job as I have quite a good set of skills that could be applied to different jobs. Not sure how to interpret this. I didn't enjoy my previous job much in case this helps and so now I'm hoping to start in new and better pastures! Thanks!

Hexagram 16. Enthusiasm suggests you would enjoy work that allowed you to be in an environment where there is much activity but Hexagram 6. Conflict warns you have a tenancy to get in trouble with rules and regulations. I think of teacher friends I have who quit the profession because while they knew what their students needed, they were hamstrung by control freak principals and administrators. So I think the I Ching is advising you to find work that allows you a degree of autonomy but ultimately contributes to some sort of group effort.
