i have asked my renters for the money they owe me

they say did not trust me to return their deposit (whixh
is now used up due to ovverstay and there is 4 months
of water electric and gas not paid for and an expensive
balcony door to replace - they have zero money on account)

they say if i cantinue my scare tactics they will cease to be
rational!!!

since when did me paying for 2 people for months and asking
for the unpaid money become a scare tactic? (they were
banking on my not returning and they are in a corner)

I asked Yi = what is this comment scare tactics and what is

the line 3 says a woman should not do a manly thing and I
sure dont like it, in fact this is the last time i ever deal with
renters. At first I thought it was a worthy thing providing
decent accomodation until I met people who felt someone
else picks up their bills

I feel totally threatened and will go to the police today
if the lines in this reading mean more to someone else
than I can see then please help. My patience is wearing
thin
