I have a crush on a guy in my (very small) town. I met him months ago and wasn't really impressed with him on our first meeting and actually hoped I didn't see him again anytime soon.
I didn't see him again up until a few weeks ago and then just randomly kept running into him - random because if it had been 10 seconds later we would have missed each other and also I ran into him at a supermarket, out of our town, I hadn't been to for at least 3 months as it's a bit out of my way. Sometimes we'd chat on social media about nothing specific and not long conversation just chatting.
It got to the point where I felt hmmm maybe we could spend more time together as it's clear we like each other and have things in common but...

What do I need to know about this being a case of He's just not that into you - 14.5>1
