Hex 1 Unchanging - relationship?

I'd like some wiser brains than mine for some ideas, if you wouldn't mind?

My question was 'What kind of relationship is most likely between x and I?', and I received hex 1, unchanging.

I'm still quite new at this, and I get that it's creative activity, and I've read many other threads on the message board, but as for the 'kind' of relationship, anything more than 'creative' or successful, and I need some help there!

The relationship in question is a friendship that is unusual and pretty deep in some ways, but in other ways.. oh I don't even know. We don't talk a lot, but when we do, it matters. I'm a bit smitten and I don't even know if I should be, or want to be. I waffle. There's a lot I like, and a handful of things that cause tension. Although I'm not sure how much I mind the tension, either. I keep reading about getting hex 1 being a pretty big deal, so as far as what 'kind' of relationship, what kind of big deal can that mean?

Creative. Potential for new opportunities, etc. hex 1 I think of like a seed sprouting. Nothing bad and nothing overly good.
figure out what u want first. And him as well... There is a time for everything.

I think 1 unchanging can be a potency not always easy to actualise, make tangible, real.

Much creative potential but needs a field...needs ground to manifest in...it's pure yang energy it is like an idea that needs a framework or a means to become what it has potential to become.


An example is a composer may have a symphony in his head....pure hex one. To get that symphony performed so that it can be heard he needs to get that symphony out of his head and on to paper, then he needs an orchestra and so on.


In your relationship there is potential but is it possible to make this into what you'd like ? The question asked here is 'how ?'

Are u seriously crushing on this person? Or unable to stop thinking about the potential? And maybe u feel like he's not in a good spot right now to be committing to a relationship or dating?
I must say he sees you as someone who comes in suddenly shakes things up and then is gone, also he gets the feelings that you're not ready as well, regardless of the 1 and creative energy I would not Persue this right now. Btw is someone in a relationship currently?

Meganj and Trojina, thanks a lot, you both gave me things to think about and each kind of nailed some aspects down - and thanks Trojina for the link to that thread, I hadn't found that one.

We do have a pretty intense energy between us sometimes, and there isn't exactly a direction, it's true. Both of us are kind of working on ourselves, and find a kind of fascination in the other of how we think through and deal with things. He's actually been inadvertently making me realize I need to understand more about yin, allowing myself to be receptive and recognizing that. I've gotten a ton of hex 2's over the past few months since I've known him, I suppose that must mean something in relation to this.

I doubt either one of us is particularly ready for a relationship with anyone right now. Neither is in one at the moment, no. There's definitely attraction, but now it makes sense that I've never been able to really decide what kind - what I'm feeling or what I'm sensing from him - because there really isn't a direction right now. It's like we've kind of triggered a self-learning phase in each other or something.

So basically, I would be wise to simply be mindful and open and enjoy this situation for what it is and when it wants to evolve it will, in whatever way would hopefully snare a little of this creative potential we've got between us?

I'd just asked 'What are my feelings for x?' - because honestly, I get so waffly sometimes.

Contemplation to gradual progress... basically, that's what it feels like I guess. I feel like it's telling me 'yeah, no, you don't know. just sit with it a bit'. I don't know if that's accurate or anything, but that's what it feels like. I thought I'd add it here in case that helps make things make sense?
