Hex 11.2.3.5.6>42 on timing???? Huh? Plz HLP

I was looking through the threads and found a question that somebody asked in the past and it intrigued me to ask the same exact question concerning my love life.... But I received what seems to be a very detailed and complicated answer. Please help!!!!

I asked:

“Can the I-Ching comment on the timing of romance in my life? Can the I-Ching show me the relative time, be it in season or month or cycle, that a companion will arrive in my life?”


Got hex 11.2.3.5.6>42.

So far the only thing I'm getting out of this is: wait in peace for the time to come???? ...you are slowly getting there! Lol.

I know he ichin is much better than this....what is it tryin to tell me tha I'm not getting????

Also if you could please post different ways to get interpretations the one that I get is way too cryptic and very difficult to understand and interpret.

Generally speaking the methods in most widespread use at this website cannot answer timing questions. For this reason, I wouldn't even take a wild stab at interpreting the response you got.

Hi ginnie I totally disagree. Most of the hexagrams belong to a certain time set or season as you can see here:

So searching for info to answer your comment .... I found my answer!

Hexagram 11 belongs to the first month (February-March) at which time the forces of nature prepare for the new spring.
