hex 14 changing to 12

Hello I have been stuck in my current job for many years and despite many attempts I've not been able to find another position. I asked the I Ching if I was likely to leave for another company and received hex 14 changing lines 1,2,3,5 leading to hex 12. Could anyone help me interpret this confusing reading? Hi,

I haven't taken a thorough look at this reading yet, if I get a chance I will come back, if someone else doesn't help provide good insight.

The overall feel I get is that 12- you have to wait for better times to come, but 14- you have great qualities that can help you either promote or advance to a better company, you just need to follow the advice given in the reading in order to put the qualities to the best use.

Possibility of moving to another company, 14.1.2.3.5>12

12- may be speaking of you feeling stuck in your current job. In 12 it can be like a gush of wind keeping you from walking forward or swimming against the current. The good thing is 12 is not permanent, sometimes you simply have to wait it out, sometimes you can slowly find another way to flow with the current again.

14- a gathering of many possessions. Also speaks of many resources
amongst other people. Seems like you might have to learn to walk in the
middle, like an assistant manager would. This way you can easily carry
out what is asked of you by the big boss, and still be compatible with
the other employees, all working well together. You never know who might have knowledge of another company.

Line -1 do what you can to get through hard times or your day to day work, and take steps towards advancing to another company. Prepare.

Line 2- you have the strength and qualities to handle a lot of tasks or responsibilities. Could be saying, you can do your current job and still look/prepare/apply yourself to another company.

Line 3- be appreciative of what you have now and in the future. Share what you have or give back to those that helped get you there. (Makes me think of the possibility of your current boss giving you a good reference or recommendation for an advance position or a position with another company. Make sure you repay the favor.)

Line 5- be sincere in your work relationships, conservative, yet caring. This way you can earn their trust, then you will work well together, and either have a possibility to advance or maybe someone will have further knowledge they are willing to share with you on another company.

This is what I see. Full of possibility.
