If you could describe a place where something would occur, what would 16 be?
A Concert, a Church?

Could be anywhere. I'd think it would be a place where personally you'd feel inspiration and some pep! Somewhere that the energy of the place is something you can get into whole-heartedly.

Considering trigrams, the lower is earth, the upper thunder -- earth moving, suggesting a sandbar, shoal, delta, mine, a place near heavy traffic, near a subway or a railroad, or a state like California or a country like Japan. Considering the Image, yes, a concert or a church, especially one with a loud organ. And if line text were involved, well, maybe even a place with a marching band.

I like concert best. The Tuan Zhuan calls this Shun Dong, responsive movement. There should be dancing, or at least some good swaying.

im down with any music related place. also nigel richmond has the name of 16 as 'in rest', which makes me think of a lazy lingering type place, possible somewhere very warm, too warm to move about much..near the equator? Or a bedroom.

hm, if I'd gotten 16 for a place I'd be thinking of the movies, or a gallery, or museum - any place with great, big, bold, inspiring images probably . .
