Hex 16 unchanging

15 years ago I had CFS after contracting Ross River Virus. Off and on over the years I've had it recur mildly but now I have it full blown again.
Incredibly, just before it happened this time, was the best I'd felt in years on all levels but particularly physically.
Apart from it being awful I'm so disappointed as my son, I haven't seen for 3 years is coming to visit me next week overnight, as he heads off to Canada for 2 years...

What do I need to know about my recovery time

Is this saying I'm being over enthusiastic or I'll be up dancing and singing again real soon!

16 the enthusiasm to see your son ? Maybe your symptom will disappear quickly because it does not appear here... Or in "install helpers" which speaks perhaps of a medical opinion?

Thanks Matali...I did 'install' a helper to get me some medicine from the chemist that's specific for strengthening the body during illness.
I'm hoping it helps me bounce back quickly (Hex 16)

Trying to figure out how 16 might have been seen as saying recovery would be slow.
I think of 15 as describing one single solitary man and then the partner hexagram - 16 - as describing the whole of humanity - one long unbroken chain connecting all the souls who have ever lived and all who will live. So in relationship to your question it seems to focus on the fact this illness dates back many many years, and thus is not easily eradicated, and thus is saying recovery time may stretch out for awhile. Indeed, 16.5 describes The Thing That Would Not Die !!

So true....after a few weeks I did some more research on what was happening for me and it turns out it was reactivated Epstein Barr. I got a lot of insight and help from Amthony Williams, Medical Medium - well his books I had been given a few months ago.
