Hi Zeishiky,

I don't read it as necessarily terrible.

2.2 in my opinion advises you to be upfront, direct and honest, without regard for the consequences of speaking from your heart. Don't play games, just be real.

2.5 is about being modest in your actions. Don't give ultimatums, don't have a lavish dinner or a big fight, just keep it simple.

29 is about taking the risk. This situation is dangerous for some reason.

I think ultimately the Yi is telling you to be honest with all parties, but most importantly to be honest with YOURSELF. Do you really need this relationship in your life?

All Will Go Well

Can you say what the exact question was, Zei?

The 29 indicates to me that when you asked your question, you were distressed. In your emotions, you were feeling very insecure ...

About hexagram 2, it is about being receptive and that is a good thing. Don't be distressed, because i don't see anything in this reading to worry about.

2.2 :: Maybe you are expecting trouble. But all will go well, and there will be no difficulty. Have no doubt about it. You will understand something from all this. You are thinking something is true that is not true. Just go straight ahead and you will see the truth of the matter.

2.5 is about being a discreet, cultured person. Maybe you know private things about people, because people have trusted you, so it is best to keep those confidences to yourself. I think so. That is always a good idea.

Hexagram 2 corresponds with qualities like tolerating everybody's faults and judging nobody harshly. Condemn no one, accuse no one, and you will never feel afraid. Hex 2 is like the Earth, which sustains and supports everybody and everything, making no exceptions ...

Thank you and yes! I was feeling so extremely distressed, and yes there are things that explode inside of me and probably it is not the time to talk about those things. Yes to many things.,

I felt better and then decided to read again, I read this morning and now and I will post it. I feel surrendering and more calm, more accepting.
Thank you1

Yes, I am trying to be as calm and as honest I can and like you write there without regard for the consequences, I like the idea of dont giving ultimatums, because that is normally my ipulsive style..and then I regret..
I dont need that relationship, but it is what came with love!...then I thought I had to do my best and it is a real mess..
I am reading again today two times, because I feel more calm and kind of more accepting, hoping this feeling endure..

Are you are in a situation that repeatedly makes you lose your temper? Maybe you could leave. Otherwise you'll always be an angry person. Best to realize that at the beginning, not 20 or 30 years later.

Maybe you tend to always find something to be angry about, not matter who you're with or where you are? --

Make sure you do a lot of physical exercise outside to let off steam. In the old days, people worked on farms and did arduous physical things during the day just to survive. Nowadays, all we do is type on computers. Needless to say, the accumulated stresses can build up to intolerable proportions.

If you're the volcanic type, you have a lot more energy to channel constructively than the average person ... Don't let all that energy go up in smoke!

Thank you,
No, I am not usually upset, nearly never angry. In fact very little times I get upset only when it is something that I feel extremely abusive. I am a happy person and don't lose easy my temper.
I do have higher energy than most people and I use it quite more than average people, creatively and physically, but this situation is so difficult to manage for me and so difficult to leave. Specially now, he rised a wall after our fights and I am far away and I dont have idea what is happening, it is many years we are in this unbalanced situation. There is an important connection, the most important of my whole life. I am for the first time giving up, thinking that there is nothing I can do and having a feeling of surrendering inside. Starting at least. But yes, I have lot of energy still to channel in a better way. But I like to read the Iching when I feel lost in feelings, it helps.

When you say that you are far away, does that mean you are living in two different countries, two different cities, something like that?

Or do you mean that you live together but are psychologically remote, because communication has broken down?

Oh, yes, I find the I Ching helps me tremendously, too.

We live thousand miles aways already 2 years but before and for 5 years in same country,

We are inside very connected, is a strong intuitive connection, very unique, thats why I am still here, even if now trying to leave

It is important to find a way out of a conflicted state of mind and emotions. It is not good to go on year after year this way.

When a person is conflicted, they are eaten up inside with many useless and pointless thoughts. This makes it impossible to start anything else in your life.

Conflicts also create constant churning of the feelings, and that can actually make you feel sick sometimes. The Buddhists call anger, for example, an afflictive emotion. Unsettled conflicts give us 'emotional indigestion.'
