Yesterday evening a bad toothache hit me. I went to bed and luckely felt asleep avoiding it. This morning I can feel it weakly behind but not as bad as then. Knowing that this is a sign for me to consult a dentist I asked the I Ching about this situation, as it can be an expensive affair which will hurt but on another level and got hex 21 UC

FAVORABLE to INVOKE the LAW."

Does that really mean what I think ? : that I should go to the dentist without worrying about the bill ? Or is it on the contrary a warning saying that I would'nt be able to pay the bill at the dentist ?

"A major sacrifice" is risking this consultation at the dentist I think, but "Favorable to invoke the law" ?

By now the pain is gone... so what does "Biting through" means ? Oh, my goodness Dear Yxeli, the I is... ha, ha, ha concerning these toothache: the tag "Biting through" certainly literaly !!!!

There is an end to this little reading actually.
Sometimes The I does not answer exactly to the question one asks, in my case about the toothache, but to something important in the situation one actually is faced with.
Because of my question and the bewildernes of the strange reaction The I gave to it I asked here about how this has to be understood.
It has occured to me that this answer, hex 21 UC, fits good with a situation I've been confronted with since the eights of may this year. A complicated but concrete case about who to fix a problem, me or another part - I'll not go into details - and where I've been reticent until now yet I for certain know that I got the law on my side.
Here, on the other hand, the answer that The I gave me fits ie. it gives meaning that I shall drop my reticence and push on to the case even risking a lawsuit.
It stand there straightforward, word-by-word, in the Judgement at hex 21.
