If this involves a parent, like your Mom, then it would be better than convenient, it would be joyful.

Line 3 can indicate a parent ~ in this case, it's changing from yang to yin, so your parent.
Line 5 can indicate mother or father ~ in this case, it's changing from yang to yin, so your Mom.

With 16, there's so much singing and dancing going on that the ground is shaking ~ so, the property that you are looking at is not just convenient for your purposes, but it will also prove to be a Joy to have your Mom there, too.
