I am interested in someone but we want different things. I want a relatiknship and he wants something light and non committal. I am really upset about this. I asked for a picture of how things will turn out between us. In fact i asked the question twice and got this same answer twice.

I think it means that we are coming from opposing viewpoints and that nothing willl happen and we will return to our own individual paths. Would u say this is right?

Hi River, that could be one interpretation, yes. However, line 2 speaks of an accidental meeting between the two of you, line 4 could mean meeting someone new or a kindred spirit during your time of estrangement, and line 6 could mean that while you feel isolated from him, you may see him as a dirty pig/enemy when he is in fact a potential suitor. If you do not shoot him down in line 6, you two will come to an understanding and the estrangement will end. Now whether that ending of estrangement leads to you two parting and returning to your individual lives, or you two returning to the relationship in question (because 24 says that friends return, this could be the person in question), I’m not so sure. Just thought I’d give my 2 cents, but I do hope you 2 reconcile as line 6 indicates. Best of luck!
