Hex.39 lines 3,5,6 ...hopeless

I guess I'm just rather saddened and mostly angry at myself for my mistakes and misunderstandings of the readings I had before, but I need to know as well.

Asked the Yi. "Why X hates me?"

My answer was hex. 39 with lines 3,5 and 6 changing to 23.

Thankful for any help given.

Thank you for the reply kenji b. "X" has pretty much cut me out of their life. I can't ask anyone directly either. However, I'm not sure if they hate me, it could be just my imagination but I think that after what happened my first instinct is to believe so. Thanks again.

Can I ask what happened? If you can remove all identifying information it might help with the reading.

You see your hexagram talks about obstructions giving way when going away from them(That's my own imperfect interpretation) so that's why I'm also curious about what's happening.

Hey, well to simplify things. I've met X about 3 years ago. The moment I met them I had this instant gut reaction to them (like I knew X before but I was darn sure I had never met them at all)

I started a friendship with undertones of something deeper and we had this very strained dealings mostly out of fear (too much scorpio, capricorn saturn and pluto energy if I'd go by astrology). Eventually, I broke the friendship out of paranoia but regained contact through facebook. X didnt want others to know (family doesn't like me, cool and hipster "friends" are judgemental and the usual hanger on false friends who sabotage) so it was mostly sappy songs and hidden messages in our walls. However, we ended up misunderstanding each other which led to increased accusations and silly fears. Then X closed off contact with me altogether. I have a feeling X still lurks around watching my moves evry once in a while and controls info intake in case I see it. I wish I could reach out but I'm in a very compromised position. *that's the view from my side so it's biased*

I think the whole point for me now is to let go and move on but it's very hard for me to do. It's my bad really...

I think Kenji B is on the right track here. The lines imply that the obstruction will pass and friendship will be on again. Also, the transformed hex is 23, which means to me maybe getting to know eachother better or stripping away the problems. Just my take at a glance. I don't have much experience with 39, but if this has happened before and you 2 reunited, it will probably go that way again. History tends to repeat itself.

Ouch. Sorry, but I think you guys got it wrong. 23 means breaking up in my experience, you're not a necessary in his life.

In life there is going out and coming back. The lines in 39 are saying you're not going out with him, there are things in the way, but you do have friends that really care about you, and maybe hanging with loved ones, maybe that aren't dating themselves for a while would help you to find your inner equilibrium. People are there for you, chill with them for a while till you feel better about yourself. It also sounds like he is seeing someone already, and frankly he sounds like a user, based on your description of him. There are people like that.

Facebook hidden message games are best something to be avoided if you want a real relationship with someone, and there are better places to step up into a relationship as well. My opinion, been there done that got the T-shirt.

It's true that Facebook isn't really good for communication sometimes and it is also true that sometimes it is good for communication. I think it really depends on the situation. I don't know if it's good in your case and I've had experience with Facebook not working very well but that doesn't mean you shouldn't give it a go. I'm not saying you should or shouldn't.
You should decide what's going to work best.

The thing is the lines in 39 might just be referring to current obstructions.
A lack of communication.
Family conflicts.
Judgmental Hipster friends.

It might also be referring to x obstructing you from what you need but the thing is it's still up for grabs.

The only person that can make it good or bad is you and x.

X might not be interested.
You might lose interest.
X might fall for someone else.
You might meet someone who blows your mind even more.

The thing is if you start letting hexagrams affect you negatively because you want to avoid bad things from happening then you're never going to find all of the good stuff that's difficult to get to.

I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for every bad experience,setback, and loss because without them I would be a different person and I would be somewhere else.
Unless fate really is sealed.

Use your understanding of your situation with x and just go for whatever you decide to do.

Well he's cut off contact she says. That's very 23, a Split. Going out is blocked (39.3.), but people love her and are supportive (39.5); and she should 39.6 spend time with someone who has graduated such life transitions, the "Great Man" can be Mom and Dad, Grandpa, a therapist, someone who can fill your joy bubble with their love for you and pump you up with wisdom and support.

Maybe later things will change and a new door will open with this guy, but right now Indigo needs a little TLC I think, with her peeps.

Thank you all very much for the replies. Thanks kenji b for the nice words, they're very comforting but lavalamp is correct though, X is seeing someone else now as I found out. Well, I am currently without friends after a very nasty hex. 23 and hex.47 moment in my life but the lines probably mean my family. Also, in a way your replies were also very supportive too so I'll add you guys to the line 5 interpretation And I'm going to a therapist today. Was this reading foreshadowing I wonder?

When I asked some advice on what to do I got hex.50 lines 3,4,5 changing. So basically clean up all my feelings, letting go and moving on, then I'll find happiness. Whichever is the case I want to let go of this. I've gone through so much because of this person and if they really did care for me they would have tried to contact or to regain friendship wouldn't they?
