How do I deal with this group of people who are causing me much upset and anxiety.

Does this mean I should meet with them and communicate, cry it out and move on?

This group of people contains insincere ones (45.5) who already upset you and will increasingly continue to upset you considerably much (45.6). The more you associate and communicate with them, the more drama there will be.

They work near me so I see them regularly so it's difficult to completely disconnect but I am trying. The goal is to feel indifferent regardless of whether I see them or not and to be strong enough to not get pulled into any drama they create.

I really think you'd get a lot out of reading "The Untethered Soul" ~ it doesn't require you to alter anything about your external world, so you don't need 'permission' from others in order to get the benefit of transformative internal change.

I think you'd find that it strengthens your sense of 'sovereignty' while at the same time allowing the world to simply be as it is, too ~ all through only one practice, called "Relaxing and Releasing."

I find that people who are 'aware that they are aware', as you clearly seem to be, respond very well to the book ~ it's superbly written, amazon's #1 seller in cognitive psychology, a NYT Bestseller, and one of Oprah's Faves.

I hope you get a chance to read it.
