Hi all!

A relationship question again, seems like I'm stuck with this kind of problems.
A mutual friend of an ex-lover and I, rather closer to him, tells me she thinks he regrets our breakup. So it's just her opinion. I know he's very indecisive, we've been on and off and this is part of the reason we're not together anymore, but I find it hard to believe, especially that we haven't talked in a while. Anyway, her remark made me a little curious - though I should just let go - so I asked the oracle what are his feelings for me now. I repeated the question. First I get hexagram 47 - Opression unchanging, then hexagram 45.4.6 changing to 20. I'm very sceptic that he would regret something, as these two casts suggest (at least, that's how I read it). It's been a while since we lost all connection and as far as I know, he had interest in other girls. Could these readings refer to something else?

Thank you, any help would be appreciated.

What are his feelings for me now?
47 unchanging

Absence makes the heart grow fonder, but that doesn't mean anyone has changed. Part of the oppression in the relationship was his indecisiveness (lack of commitment?), and 47 suggests that the negatives are still present, although I think you are reading 47 as his regret. 45.4.6 > 20 echoes 47: once together, now apart. Do you really want to cycle through the same situation again?

Thank you Pocossin for your help.

I guess Yi's answer depicts the general picture, not his feelings, whatever they may be now. You're right, I don't wanna go back to the same situation. A reconciliation is out of the question for many reasons, but I must admit, I would have wanted him to suffer a little. :D Well, back to my business now...:)
