I forget whether I have told the forum this, but I live in the south east of england and I am currently looking for work so that I can move to the north east to live nearer/with my partner. We've had our ups and downs as all couples do but overall things have been going well.

I'm very much at a crossroads right now in a way as (some of you will remember) I just finished college and am fiercely applying to jobs both local and in the north east in order to cast my net far enough.

I recently interviewed at an excellent firm in the north east for a permanent trainee position. It has been a week since then and I still haven't heard back either way, so today I asked the Yi whether the firm was going to make me a job offer. It's often very accurate with this sort of thing. I received 27.2.5 > 61, which I interpreted as being a generally good, if slightly cautionary, indication.

After an afternoon of trying to find other jobs to apply for I was feeling a bit despondent about the whole thing. I wondered if I'd done enough to make a move possible. I asked the Yi what further action I need to take to make a move possible. I received 50 unchanging.

Is this an indication that I've already done enough, and need to just let the cooking pot stew? Or is it just a generally favourable indicator for future action? I'd normally not ask but I can't really find an awful lot on here about 50 unchanging.

IMO-- you are not in alignment with this position. Maybe it isn't what you really want, or you aren't what they need. If you really feel in your heart can you truly imagine working there?

(Disclaimer: now I am only interpreting from my experience with the oracle, so I could be totally wrong)

I used to always take Hex 50 as a "yes,"-- that things were cooking up on their own. But recently I have begun to see it more as a refinement process that has a recipe. There is great possibility for development, but there is a format to follow. Hex 50 seems to come up for me around people and institutions that work together as a whole and how to navigate through it. There is a place and way you must go when working with such organizations. I say it is telling you to not be discouraged. But you must continue to apply and interview, in the right time you will succeed.

let me know how it turns out!
