Hoping for a little guidance. In response to a question about the outlook on my professional life in the next few months, I received Ting, The Cauldron, with no changing lines. On first glance, it seemed auspicious, but in reading around in various translations and on this message board, I'm starting to think that there may be more to it than simply "success" and "good fortune." I'm wondering, first, what Ting Unchanging might indicate in general, and second, whether it's suggesting a change of profession or advancement within the job that I have.

A little background before you get your wheels turning. The company I work for recently lost a lawsuit filed by a rival company that was angry that our CEO left them to start his own, more ethically sound company. They have many more resources at their disposal than we do, and they threw them all at us in the lawsuit so that we probably never had a chance. The judgment may mean that we go out of business in the next few weeks, unless we can come up with investment capital to pay the judgment.

So, is TIng Unchanging telling me that I'll be "transforming" into another job or that this job will be transformed in some way?
