I broke up with my girlfriend recently and I'm having a difficult time with it because I still love her very much. We seemed to be drifting apart for months now. She stopped having the urge to be intimate in any way. Every time I brought up the issue she refused to tell me what was wrong and she was unwilling to talk to her doctor. She would tell me that she would try to make things "better", but never made an effort to follow through. When we first got together she had told that she stopped having sex with previous partners because they drifted apart. I don't believe she had stopped loving me, but she no longer wanted the physical connection and I did. So I asked, "I can't stop thinking about her. What should I do?", and received 51.2.6>38. I'm interpreting this as to withdraw or distance myself. I made an honest effort to 'fix' things between us. I tried to comprehend her position, but she kept me in the dark.

I asked two follow-up questions "Why did she stop having sex with me?" And received 59.6>29

"Was it necessary to end the relationship?" 39.2.4.5 > 32

Do you mean you broke up with her because she didn't want sex ?

It was more complicated than that. We used to live together, and we did so for a year. Then she decided she didn't want to live together anymore and we each got our own place. Every time we had disagreements I tried to have a conversation and she just wouldn't open up to me. I'm by no means trying to say that I'm some innocent person in all of this. I did my best to try and make her happy and I obvious failed because I was unable to hold on to her no matter how hard I tried to show her how important she was to me. Recently, I switched jobs and had to move out of the town she was in. It is much more difficult to maintain a relationship at a long distance and I think we both grew frustrated and tired.
