I use I ching for a couple of time. I already do yoga and meditation also for many years. For my year 2006 I received Hex 52 without changing lines. All interpretations tlak about yoga exersizes. But what exersizes? Where can I find more detail about the yoga exersizes of 52? The changing lines seem to be yoga exersizes also ?

The choice of the word yoga is unfortunate since this refers to Hindu practices coming out of India. The explanation is probably that many translators came to the I Ching with a background in Indian or Buddhist philosophy and health practices. Sometimes they were unaware of the rich Chinese traditions of self-cultivation through meditation and physical practices, daoyin.
Others, like Lu K'uan Yü who wrote a book called "Taoist yoga, Alchemy and Immortality" back in 1973, preferred the Indian term yoga to describe Chinese methods of self-cultivation.

Translations of The Classic of Changes based on Confucian readings calls Gen "keeping still," while Wang Bi calls this gua "restraint." Contemplative and insight meditation required keeping still - mainly by arresting the emotional response to things, and thus prevent or restrain the workings of desire.
"In meditation and concentration, one ought not to try to force results. Calmness must develop naturally out of a state of inner composure."
All daoyin exercises, such as qi gong or t'ai chi chuan, are concluded by a balancing segment. This is where you keep still, relax, restrain the breath and gather qi back into your dantian.

Thanks for the answers.
I have an interpretation which says that the changing lines are yoga exersizes starting from the toes (1st line) ending at the top of head (6th line). I understand that the yoga meant by I ching is different from Indian. Is there any clearer description of these chinese yoga (taoist yoga?, ?) exersizes anywhere?
Thanks for the link. Ken (52) can be linked to zazen definitely. I already tried zazen, I had quite big pain in my back after hours. The hex says "keeping my back still". It is a very hard thing after 2-3 hours. However the sit in zazen 24 hours or even one week continious.
