hex 57, left without aim.

i need help with hex 57. I recently think an era of my life ended. In the last 10 years or so i had a chain of unfortunate mistakes and big dream (no, it has nothing to do with being famous). which caused my health to detoriate, especially the last year got on the fast track. It was like you ended one cirisis and you thought everything will be fine, and then boom another one, and on and on and on. I somehow menaged to end this (i ching was a great helper of course). But it has left me so drained from bodily and mental energy that i literally felt death at my legs bones. So, my point is, i am ignorant at medicine but i felt extremely wasted for good that i don't sure i will live much longer. Second, the dream i had lived for exploded. And basically i got left alone. So i asked the ching about the situation and got,

hexagram 57

Which is interesting, but ,****, i wished for a more mellow hexagram for this situation.

And another thing, if it'll help. My life hexagram is 53
I really need advice from the experts here. So please people!
