Hex 57 Unchanging, interpretations please

I asked a general question " Will I meet a potential love this year?" & received Hex 57 with no moving lines.

My initial interpretation of this hex was positive, that I might meet someone & it will develop slowly but naturally & with ease.
But then after searching I found a few people see this Hex as indecision. Now I'm a little confused about this Hex in relation to my question. Any insight on this is greatly appreciated

Also this is my very first reading with no moving lines - as I understand if you get an unchanging Hex you must ignore the lines & take the general meaning?
Or have I got that completely wrong?
