Hexagram 1 Unchanging

Hello, I asked Yi about the possibility/potential of working with a specific organization that I recently got in touch with, and whether they would be interested in a working relationship. I received Hex. 1 unchanging. Hexagram 1 is not one that I have received very often in my years of consulting the oracle, and unlike many other more "mundane" (not meant in an offensive way) hexagrams, I don't know how it applies to this situation. (The organization is definitely the one with the deciding power.) Does it mean that the situation is potent and ripe for collaboration? Or does it indicate something more along the lines of stagnation? Or somewhere in between? I really have no idea as I cannot remember ever getting this one unchanging before and don't have an intuitive feeling developed for it, if that makes sense.

Just to clarify, they got in touch with me about something minor but I would like a stronger or broader working relationship with them and I asked about the potential for that.

It appears a highly creative impulse you have to link with that company, but there may be something more concrete needed to actualise this potential




Hilary said she once asked "what is an orchestra ?" and got hex 2uc. The symphony that the orchestra plays doesn't really fully exist anywhere until it's played on instruments by people. I liked how that illustrates that connection between hex 1 and hex 2. hex 1 being the symphony, hex 2 the manifestation of it. The inspiration and the manifestation need each other .

So you have the inspiration but might need to have the means to bring that to manifestation. I also take hex 1 as showing there is the whole power of the creative intelligence behind this which can manifest as what may seem as fated happenings, important developments in life connected to purpose of life itself, our purpose....the purpose. So it's hard to express what I mean hex 1 being so ineffable but there are times in life where we are moved along by a strong stream of events, I link this to the dragon energy. I would say now is such a time for you.

Just a brief update as I unfortunately don't remember exactly which of two organizations this specific question was about--but it didn't work out in a bigger way with either one of them. This continues my feeling that 1 unchanging often means exactly what you wrote above, Trojina-- "So you have the inspiration but might need to have the means to bring that to manifestation." 1 unchanging is like a radiant power, or potential, that might remain glowing but immovable/self-contained/inert.
