Hexagram #16 and #17 interpretation

Hello eveyone, I'm just a new member, and I'd like to join this nice group to deepen even more my (our) knowledge about I Ching. I hope my english will be enough clear to let me understand, if not ... I don't now, please let me know.
I'd like to ask a question about signs #16 and #17 interpretation, but I found that in here there is not enough room so I will post in the Blog, I still have to get used with this website.
