Hexagram 19 into 34

I asked the I Ching, "If I start working out and lifting weights daily, will I see any results in the first month?"

I received Hexagram 19 with changing lines 3 and 4, changing into Hexagram 34. How would you interpret this?

Also, when two changing lines seem to contradict each other, how do you interpret them? This is a question I've had with other readings.
