Hexagram 23 - Negative / Positive

Hi,

I know, I know... I ask lots of questions.
I have a question about hexagram 23 beucase I got it twice tonight.

I asked:
1. Why is he sending me e-mails and acting friendly like nothing happened when he knows how I really feel about him? 23 > 23
2. Why did he send me an e-mail today? 22.1.3 > 23

I know hexagram 23 is not technically a positive hexagram. But could it be possible that it is for certain situations? For example, the answer to my first question. He can't be doing that because he wants to split apart from me. He just wouldn't send me e-mails if that was the case, right? I'm wondering if that could be that he actually doesn't want to split apart. So, he keeps contact with me. Does it make sense? I don't know. I'm confused. Maybe I'm just too tired.

Maybe another reason is, is that he is just trying to wind you up, annoy you, as it appears that he's playing games with you, messing with your head, trying to make you anxious and upset.

This hex is about people like him trying to upset you by using guerrilla tactics.

23 can be looking beneath the skin or cover. Losing the exterior to have a look inside, learn more about.

6 is likely the conflict you're creating within yourself. The lines say to continue being yourself and to work as though for a King. Don't try to prove yourself to someone.

As I said in your last answer, I believe that he is but in a nasty sort of way, his intentions are not honourable.

Line 6.1 says that it would be in your interest just to let it go, ignore it as this guy will make a bad enemy if poked.

Line 6.3 again a warning, ignore him and keep away from him.

Hex 1 has the meaning of energy, but energy can be both used constructively or destructively, so I think that this answer and your last answer combined shows a person with a passion, in this case to cause trouble.

Hex 18 is about repairing any damage that has been done, so if he feels hurt in some way then this could mean that he is seeking retribution for past imaged or real grievances. He certainly appears to have a goal in mind and Hex 23 is about undesirables trying to promote disorder.

As for your second answer, he will probably reveal nothing.

Thanks for you point of view, my friends. But I'm really still confused. I can't seem to make sense of all this.I still don't understand his goal. He wants something, I think it's clear, but what? I'm sorry, I'm still really confused.
