Hexagram 26

Hello all, new to the board, new to i-ching, seeking some advice.

I've been having a frustrating time looking for work, and when I cast the coins, I received the following

1. How should I move onward?

26.5 to 9


2. What should I do to improve the situation?

22.2 to 26.

It seems that 26 - recharging power - is brought forth twice, which tells me I should be paying attention to this particular hexagram, but I am uncertain as to how I should read it. Surely its not telling me to stay put and wait?

Reverse the order of the questions:
1. What should I do to improve the situation?

22.2 to 26.
2. How should I move onward?

26.5 to 9

You will probably get or have gotten decent interviews but no job offers or an offer that is not what you really want or doesn't pay what you want.

26.5 Don't worry about it. You have been held back but it will turn out to be a good thing.
9. Pay attention to your appearance, do everything you can to look the part.

That is a good point rosada. I don't know how old Julejp is but lot of younger people these days don't dress up right for interviews. Maybe the days of wearing a suit and tie are over but you have to at least wear clothes that fit you right and are ironed. Always have a decent watch on and always have a pen. Nothing is worse than asking for a pen.
