Hexagram 26

So my landlady knows I'm going through trauma therapy for sex crimes committed against me as a young girl.
She also knows I lost one of my jobs through no fault of my own, she also knows I'm constantly looking for work and work when I get the chance and I also told her I can barely afford to feed myself because she keeps harassing me for more bond money.
I have never ever been behind in my rent or asked to be. The landlady also knows I have car repairs that need doing and actually owe the mechanic for the last job - not much but I do owe him and am trying to find a way to get the money for further car repairs so I can keep my car on the road so I can keep working when the opportunity arises.
Just an hour ago she left a note for me - either start giving me extra money every week so I can accumulate a bond from you or you have a month to move out. Of course she also knows that to find a rental anywhere near here is almost impossible.

Please show me the way to progress this present situation

Hexagram 26 - Great Taming - Not eating at home (well that's clearly on the cards if I give her more money) and crossing the river - hmm wonder what river that is.

So does Great restraint mean do nothing and see what happens or act in a disciplined way and find somewhere else to live.

I think you are still in the mode of being horrified that she dares to bother you even after she knows that you are in difficulties right now -- but you already found out that she has some serious issues, doesn't care the least about your problems and she seems even to prey on your 'weaknesses'.
So it's a waste of energy trying to deal with her, as I already said in the last thread.

--> the I Ching is in my opion advising you to dare taking a a step forward, even if it seems to be dangerous, so get out of there. Good fortune will be by your side.

At least that should be your medium term aim, you deserve something better.
From all your results plus your explanations I don't see that it is a good idea trying to arrange yourself with this woman.

I don't know about Austrialian law, but is it really possible there that she can treat you like a person with no rights, that can be thrown out just like she wants?
Are you aware about your rights? Maybe you should consider to go to an consulting center and talk to professionals about the problem.

Oh thankyou blackmilk for your kind words.....I did approach someone about my rights she said go online and fill out a complaints form and someone might get in touch! Yes she only has to give me 30 days notice....honestly Australia's has lost the plot in how they treat people.
No point, as you say, trying to work things out with her, in any way. If I start giving her the money she'll just find something else to carry on about. Seems every time I give into her ridiculous whims she makes up a new one....lose/lose situation for me here.

OK so definitely working on taking that scarey but necessary step forward. It's only scarey because I'm over finding somewhere that I think is ok and then this sh** happens!

I wish you all the best.

And I want to emphasize that I said get out of there as soon as possible, don't expect to find common ground with this lady -- but I didn't say not to give her the money she demands, if she is in a legal situation to throw you out then while you don't have something new, this would be really bad of course. I don't say to give in either. I think you should act in a strategically clever way. Don't know about your legal situation, going to a counseling center seem really being the thing to do now.

Gosh this was an awful situation and I did find a relatively better place for a while.
I guess the Hex 26 here was hold back but also take necessary action.
