Hexagram 28 How am I doing

I just discovered the I Ching, and for my first reading I asked "How am I doing?". I got Hexagram 28 with no changing lines. Well, so say the least its not a ah ha moment, but a huh(wtf) moment. I really have no clue how this applies. I have been pondering it for about an hour and finally decided to ask others what their experience has been.

Has anyone had this wonderful reading and did it make sense?

In my experience, 28 un shows a situation which feels too heavy. It's so unbearable that the person feels the urge to make a move, any move, in a sort of desperate way. Or, it could be saying that you're overdoing it with a particular matter. Something is "too much".
