hexagram 37 and hexagram 14

Hello,

this is my first post to this forum. I m suffering from terrible problem. After a brutal fight me and my girlfriend brake up.
As I love her very much I asked; how can I reconcilliate with her? Answer 14.1.4.6>46
then; will I her reconcillate? Answer hexagram 37.3.6>3


I dont know how to interpret hexagram 14 and I know that second is precognition question but precognition questions always worked fine for me.

As I m too much emotional about this, please help me

Hi,

Maybe 14- says she is a great possession to you, or the relationship is a great possession. Advice is to focus on the goals that are the same, or the same intentions. Build together. States "great smooth progress".

Line 1- describes you are hurt you are without her. You must first accept this, see what went wrong, and what you could've done differently. Be willing to reconcile.

Line 4- do not force the situation, do not cause any reason for jealousy or mistrust. Be a bit humble, ask yourself what will be for the best for both of you, to stay together or to go separate ways?

Line 6- show you are sincere, this is an auspicious line, perhaps saying to work on the relationship, recognize what "has" been accomplished, or what can be accomplished (see the good), one small thing at a time. Again focus on what will be best for both of you. You will be blessed and good will come to you.

46- then you may rise above the problems you had that caused you to break up. Develop your relationship or within yourself. Says, do not worry, you will have smooth progress.

So seems to me you can reconcile but it will take some effort.

For your second reading... will you reconcile?

Perhaps 37- says you are like family to each other. So like a family, its important to build a proper foundation through right action and good etiquette.

Line 3- whatever bad has happened to cause the break up, must be learned from, and there must be some strictness added so this doesn't happen again.

Line 6- you can build your relationship together as if you are family, because you realize you can rely on each other and have trust between each other.

But... 3- it may be difficult, you may have to start completely over like a fresh start. Use your momentum to make a breakthrough.

Hi Jedi Knight,

I think sometimes we have to have an argument in order to make ourselves clear. With line 37.3 Yi is saying there is nothing disastrous about harsh words, even though you may regret them later. And the top line moving is very auspicious for the continuance of you together with your loved one. I take your hexagram 37 to mean that the best attitude you could take at this time is to regard her as a family member.

I also wanted to say that hex 14 points out a relationship in which ideals play a large part and passion has only a limited role. This relationship is not about romance, sex, and passion. It is about deep companionship and shared ideals. Line 14.6 is particularly auspicious and I think it says this relationship is protected by heaven. In numerous places the I Ching says that if something belongs together with us, then it will return to us, and so I don't think you have anything to worry about in the long run.

Hello and sorry cause I m answering so slowly..and thanx for beautiful replies

things did not develop good for me, she does not answer mails, sms or phone...I did not get any advance at all..as I m desperate I asked again how can I reconciliate with her, answer 28.3.6>6 this has frozen me. I think it is terrible bad omen.
Then I ask; what should I do; answer 45.3.4.5>15 I know person which knows us both (lets call her X), I think it mean that i go to that person and ask for help. So I asked; advice about X. Answer 37 unchanging
According to this x is my only hope, she will listen me and talk with her. But precognition 37.3.6>3 mean I think that we will reconciliate. Precognition questions were always 100% true at the end.
So, as I m now even more desperate then before, please help...

I understand your anxiety. Can you please share with us what advice, if any you followed? What actions you have taken and how things have been unfolding. Are you saying since this last reading you have made every attempt to contact her and she has not responded at all? What do you think your readings say to you?

Well I try to contact her very modesty but she does not answer at all...I asked I ching what should I do now and answer is 45.3.4.5>15, and think it mean that I should connect with X and ask her help to arrange contact.
Advice from I ching about X is 37 unchanging.

I also ask one more question, it was; Yi, give me advice about her and answer is; 62.3.5>45

I think it mean that I should not try to contact her alone but over X that she arrange our contact and meeting...

I m also so upset that I cant think objectively...

Hi,
Are you this upset when you do your casting? What I notice here is you've received 37 more than once. Is there family that she's focusing on? Or is there family that you need to focus on? I know that doesn't help much, to me your reading about gathering together, seems to say yes you can gather together with her or do what you can to gather together with her through this mutual friend, and you may succeed in the gathering. But it may not turn out how you would like. You will have your answer after the gathering and you will have to accept the answer you get. I am sorry but you might need to accept this break up, work on yourself, learn from it what you can, and move on. At least for the time being.

I m upset all the time, I cant eat, I cant sleep, today was very stressful day on job for me...I think that was 28 about...if everything fall apart, I will not be able to do anything.
Ok, no I m little better. I talk with X on the phone and she is on my side and willing to help, she will prepare meeting next week and wants to meet me before.
Ok, this was 62.5 about obviously and judgment of 45 is sucsess so maybe now everything is not so dark.
btw, 45.3 is about my conversation with X also obviously so omen for my meeting with her is 45.5

This reading conveys to me how serious the break-up is, that she struck you from behind or you struck her -- maybe not physically, maybe verbally only -- and there was much hurt. Yet line 5 is more hopeful, and it is about the duke shooting and taking the quarry in its den. That could mean that even though you haven't seen her, at least she has received and read your emails and text messages. The line is generally thought to be a positive one, one with a positive outcome. I think your idea of using X as a go-between is excellent. And I'm truly sorry you are feeling so desperate. I hope you will someday soon look back on this time and laugh at how anxious you were, as I believe the lines have predicted a favorable outcome. You are just overwhelmed with emotion right now, is all it is. Take deep breaths and if you know how to practice meditation, now would be a good time to do it.
