Greetings,
I started my present job 2 years ago and much to my dismay, was not made welcome by 2 very narcissistic women there, who took an immediate disliking to me. But there were alot of dsyfunctional things about the workplace so I tried to rise above it and I did my best to enjoying my project, a new city and broaden my skill base.
Finally we got a new team leader and I made the mistake of sort of opening up to her. This backfired on me and she sided with the other narcissists, and has proceeded to micromanage me. Its the worst! Due to stress - the freeze response - my world has just gotten smaller and I no longer go out much.
I also have a major problem with an external project manager on the client side who is extremely demanding and blames me for her lack of management.
I've applied for other jobs that have come up but I haven't got much response, plus I am now exhausted.
Today another flareup occurred and I just went along with the directions of the micromanager, which has put me at odd with the external manager. I feel that no matter how hard I work I am always made at fault by these women surrounding me.
Does the reading suggest stepping away for a completely new workplace?

This has been an ongoing problem and I would really appreciate some clarity from the folk here!

48.4 says the well is being lined. If a well is being lined it's out of use for a while. I wonder what the well is in this reading ? I mean a well is the source of water, of what gives life, of what makes a town habitable (in the old days). The resource you rely upon is being remade so you can't access the well right now. I think overall this line calls for patience as circumstances need to be remade before you can go ahead.

Now this could mean there's a reshuffle going on there, maybe they are running dry and need an overhaul or maybe this is just about you. Maybe you are in phase when you want to start something new but there's an inner recombobulation (can't think of the word) going on. Trying to think of it in modern day terms if you are having a new kitchen put in there's going to be a phase where you can't use your kitchen which is a significant inconvenience to say the least. The room where you get all your drinks and food is off limits. That's where you are , in some sense the kitchen in your life is getting an upgrade so you can't use it for the purpose it was meant for. But you at least know what's happening, that one day you can stop eating out or going to friends and use your kitchen again.


That's how it is in your life right now, in your job. Can you relate to that in any way ? It is frustrating but Yi is reassuring you that actually something is being remade and that's why this situation seems so unfruitful.

Are you in general going through a remake of your life, do you think it's the work place ?



It is noticeable these are all women you are having an issue with, what about other women in your life, ask yourself how's it going with them ? I read this as you are male but maybe you aren't, can't tell.



Anyway the answer boils down to the fact you need to recognise it just isn't possible to access the resources you need right now because the source of them is out of action in an upgrade. Worry less about what's happening and have some faith that things will actually work out when the well has been lined.

This line can be that the universe/world is taking time to get things in the right place for you. Maybe there is something in the pipeline just right for you but it's taking time to prepare the right conditions.

Thank you so much Trojina - yes my question was a general sigh of what do I do in this situation? As in, how do I cope?
I am female, its funny, surrounded by very overbearing women..all of whom don't value my efforts and problem solving, and they are all alarmists.
I really hope what you say is true.
I am stepping up my efforts in clearing past habits and letting go in order to bring in something new. Both physically in my home, and trying to do emotional clearing.
