Hexagram 54.4.5 to 60

Hi all,
Today I cast a reading, asking what should I know about X and received Hex 54.4.5 changing to 60.

Could anyone shed some light on this for me?

I tried to interpret your reading but it is unclear to me what it is really that you want to know. When you asked "what should I know about X" is this a question to give you information about this person or you want to understand what this person represents in relation to yourself ? :bows:

It seems to me that the two moving lines are alternatives. Either one delays the consummation of this relationship, or one goes ahead and accepts the other person with great nobility of spirit. In hexagram 54 we are at a disadvantage in that we are really in a subordinate position and perhaps who we are is not recognized very well by the other person. Nevertheless, often such relationships are brought about by Fate and we are not the one who has chosen. If the relationship is difficult, one can delay intimacy (54.4) until the time is right and the other circumstances fall into place, if not with this partner, then with another. The reading is one of limitations, and this is really not the best sort of relationship we can hope for. Don't settle for too little, MarisaS! With hexagram 54 our interests are not being considered. We are not being seen for who we really are. It's kind of like getting a cold: you might just be wondering how long it's going to last!
