Hexagram 61.2 >> 42/ what does he want from me?

Hi all!
I'm new here and I really would like to read from you your opinions about the result I got when asking what a specific guy would like from me. I got 61.2 changing into 42. What do you think this stands for? Currently with this person we are friends, but there has always been something "special" , at least on basis of my intuition.

he knows exactly why before I was more withholding and I told him quite clearly that I like him in a special way. The problem was the way I was giving myself before he got to know that I like him. I was one of those tough, assertive, strong women, who were so scared of being hurt that I wanted everybody to see that I can get what I want if I want, while in the inside I was longing for somebody who would understand how emotional and vulnerable I truly am. I needed to learn to be "open", which I am learning continuosly and have been working on for quit a long period now. Needed to learn to show my vulnerability if I wanted a true man next to me.
He was always a freind of mine during all this period, and he once told me that I was "too clever" for him, but said it in a flirting tone. I would like him to get closer, but I do not want him to feel that I am too clever, want him to see me as a woman who wants to be loved.
He has currently a girlfriend who is somebody, as he told me, who needs protection, as he is aware of. Also told me that he knows his future is not with her.
While I am not a woman who "looks like" she needs protection. But I long for some, even tough I can care for myself very well.
Hope the resume gives a bit more insight, don't know how I could show more that what I did through opening up to "receiving", that infact I would like him to get closer to my heart. What is line 2 expressing in such a case?

Line 61.2 is very clear intention-wise as it is about sharing and friendship.

He sees you as a woman looking for marriage, a woman in need of a husband but he thinks you would make a very reliable and devoted wife, a wife who would take care of her husband. A very protective woman.

Hex 2 is about the devoted woman to her man and obviously he likes that idea.
