Hexagram 63 - What attitude should I have towards Sae san in my Memoir?

Hello all. Writing my spiritual memoir 'Chasing Happiness'. I followed a spiritual path - a blend of Taoism, Confucianism, Buddhism for 15 years and at times I felt I was walking on thin ice. Now that I'm writing about that experience, I asked the Yi what attitude should I have towards the senior Japanese sanyasin who moulded it (mostly). Many of the things she said to me then are not at all in the spirit of The Buddha, but I create my world. Everyone is our teacher and the kindest are the toughest. The Yi gave me hexagram 63. No moving lines.

Any suggestions? I don't think they'll appreciate my memoir (if they ever come across it), but then I did take the permission of Chief Guruji years ago to write about my experience with the path. I kept journals so the dialogue etc. is perfectly authentic.

I think this is reassurance that your existing ideas or notes if you have any are good as they are, you need make no major changes to what you have in mind to write. I don't think you need to either elaborate or underplay what happened, how it was is enough to write about.

I have noticed that, underneath her reply, Trojina is promoting the petition to stop American president Donald Trump from visiting Britain. I this a personal endorsement? Or does it represent Clarity's position?

Rather than drop into someone's thread to talk about Trojina and her signature you could just send her a private message to ask her ? Or you could ask Hilary or the moderators who will be able also to give you a clear response as to whether this is a Clarity position, if there be one, or if it is something Trojina herself has chosen to put in her signature.

Trojina, with all my due respect, your link to the petition has been posted in an open forum. Therefore, I don't see the reason why this should be addressed in private. Is this a sensitive subject of some sort?
I am really puzzled here as I had never seen that sort of political campaign on Clarity. And I don't feel intimidated to apologise for asking a legitimate question that might even be a question that other members would like to ask.

Sorry, Circe. Good luck with the memoir writing! Perhaps hexagram 63 is about the importance of ensuring you really have 'crossed the river' and left this relationship behind as you write? Not falling back into the water?
