I’ve moved to a new town for a job. There are some hiccups to the job but things are starting to sort themselves out and I’m learning it pays to speak up and not to be concerned how the chips fall.
I’m living in shared accommodation that is temporary but can be permanent if I wish but unfortunately the landlady is a functioning alcoholic at her own admission and the other evening she became argumentative through her drunken state.
Having been once married to such a person I can see all the other signs that are not harmonious to live with.
It’s manageable but living in the constant of the unknown behaviour of what could happen.
I’ve been considering housesitting to save money and have two lined up for the month of October but it does mean I’ll be constantly keeping an eye out for housesitting opportunities unless I get a long term one.
What if I let go of this rental to HouseSit permanently hex 17.4.5>24
Is Hex 24 a Turning Point in this instance?
Hex 17 Following - Line 4 persisting where I am and managing it will bring misfortune.
Line 5 Following housesits will bring me appreciation.

I think the advice is not to let go of of this rental, line 4 is about things may not turn out the way you think it is, so if you were considering house sitting to save money, it may not turn out the way you had envisioned. Line 5 echoes your interest in the house sitting opportunities. 24 is a return to the path, it could mean a new opportunity, or perhaps a new landlady or something that will bring you a new experience, idea...just my humble opinion.

Thanks that’s the thing isn’t it....there’s so many things that could happen but as long as it’s a new positive experience even if it’s not the housesitting would be fine!!

Just adding that 24 strikes me as a positive omen for getting away from the alcoholic landlord and Returning to your own peaceful path.

Good point Rosada that’s the main thing for me. At the moment I feel like I’m having to ‘manage’ people and situations just to get some Peace
