Housing situation. Hexagram 35 straight up.

Hi a friend of mine is in a housing situation they wisg ot get out of. The landlords are moving people in to fix up the spot and she still has to pay the same amount of rent. Plus its hard to find a new place in the city they are in. They asked how their housing situation will evolve and they got hexagram 35 straight up. Any comments?
