I believe I have plantar fasciitis from running
and going barefoot.

thankfully I am mobile but I am aware of constantly
having sore feet! Anyone able to shed light on 61 in
response to my question:bows:

61 taken as a whole, then:

I would say it is asking you to take a natural approach:

Berkers (from memory, I have maxed out my daily quota on their site)

Inner Trust. Confidence like pigs and fishes.
A trusting and confident attitude.

From LIse:

Inner sincerity

The noble one discusses criminal cases in order to delay executions
( my comment: Perhaps look to easy home remedies, to delay going to a doctor???)

Things like epsom salt soaks?
Natural ointments? Ice packs? Sole pads to put in shoes to lessen impact?

How can i heal my feet?
61 unchanging

Use soft things that are as comfortable as a nest. My sister had a problem with plantar fasciitis last year, and I asked her what she did: ibuprofen, shoe inserts, cold, and a foot stretching exercise. The problem is now basically solved. When she feels a twinge, she does the foot stretching exercise, and during the warm season she wears sandals with good arch support. The ibuprofen was a prescription dose, but in her opinion it only saved having to take many small pills. For cold, she freezes a bottle of water and rolls it under her foot. Thirty minutes on, thirty off. The stretching exercise: while sitting, straighten leg and move toes toward body. A cousin told me that flat soled shoes like tennis shoes put extra strain on the feet and eventually cause foot problems. He recommended cowboy boots with their high heels. (How stylish cowboy boots would be while walking the dog!) His advice led me to wear inserts in my shoes -- even bedroom slippers -- and I no longer have painful feet.

Thoughts on 61unchanging for your question. To me it would say the pain is coming from deep within the foot and that it should also be treated from the inside. Although it doesn't hurt to do all of those external applications, it would also be beneficial to hit the core of the problem with foods, spices etc. Things that work at a cellular level that you digest, that can change the actual quality of your foot structure (kind of like how diabetics watch their diets to keep their feet in good health). Do you know of something that could work in that way? -----Just a thought.

I don't understand how 61 relates, but then Yi doesn't seem to respond to "How do I" questions in ways that are easily understandable.

I once suffered from plantar fascitis. It stayed a while and then went away. People say that: If left untreated, it goes away on its own. This is not to disparage the excellent suggestions given in this thread, because ouch! ouch! this is a condition that really hurts, and anything that helps with it is all to the good.

I know this is an old thread but may I add my idea. I had Plantar Faciitis years ago (extremely painful) I healed it by walking on the outside of my foot (not all the time of course) like the exercise recommended for flat feet. It went away and never came back. :bows:
