How can I make my skin better? 14.2.3.6 > 51

I'm referring to my face here... I have ok skin, but it gets some acne from time to time, and also it could just be clearer and shinier. I do clean and moisturize and also use retin-A. But I feel like it could be better.

So how can I make it better, shinier, clearer?

Hi liquidity I'm not interpreting your reading just things I use for clearer skin - Acne can be alleviated with Zinc and as we age our cells take longer to fall away so using a facial scrub most days helps makes your skin clearer.
