How do I improve my logoic healing writing'?'

Writing as a way of healing is good, but it doesn't stand on it's own. Like a well (48), it needs other things: water, a bucket, and a rope. Perhaps these are like the other aspects of your healing: support, proper medications, a good therapist or counselor.

And like all wells, your own healing needs all these parts. And if you don't manage or maintain them (48.1), things can get muddy and confusing.

So, your writing can help heal, but it needs to include other ways that you deal with and manage your illness. Your writing, or any one tool - even the Yi - can only get you so far on its own. And you need to manage your expectations (5); healing happens over time.

.... there are some risks associated with writing therapy, as .... when using self-narratives, such as journal accounts or stories, patients can get confused between the story and real life .... Without regular monitoring, there may be difficulties .... Still, as a tool in the therapist’s kit, therapeutic writing does offer some help ....
